What is the Big Red Rewards Scheme?

Big Red Rewards is a brand new reward scheme for Johnstone’s Decorating Centre account holders, offering its member’s special discounts every week of the year!

What are the benefits of being a member of the Big Red Rewards scheme?

How can I find out what my PPG account number is?

Your PPG number should be printed on a recent invoice. It will either be referred to as a PPG Account or Customer Code. Click here to see an example.

I do not have a PPG Account, how can I become a member of the Big Red Rewards scheme?

As the scheme is only open to Johnstone’s Decorating Centre account holders, you should contact your local Johnstone’s Decorating Centre with regards to opening a cash account. To find your nearest Centre, please click on the link below and enter your town, city or postcode.

I have just attempted to register for your account but I’ve received an error message saying...

  • The username you chose is not available
  • The screen name you chose is not available
  • The email you chose is not available.

If you receive a notification featuring any combination of these bullet points it means that someone has already registered with these details. Is there the possibility that you’ve already registered? If so, try logging in with these details. If you haven’t registered previously and someone has used your email address, please fill out the form to the right choosing ‘Duplication of email address’ from the drop down menu.

How safe is my information with Big Red Rewards?

Here at Big Red Rewards, we’re very aware of concerns about the safe transfer of information over the Internet. However, we can confidently say that we’ve taken every measure to ensure the safety of your information. Your registration information is stored on a secure server behind a firewall and encrypted.

How long will my membership pack take to reach me?

From the date that you submit your registration, your membership pack (including card, key fob and introductory offers) will take approximately 7 – 10 working days to reach you.

This estimated timescale allows for the thermal printing of the personalised card and key fob, as well as delivery via second-class post. However, please remember that you can start saving straight away by logging in to the Big Red Rewards website and accessing this week’s current special offer. To redeem the offer, simply take a printed copy into your nearest Johnstone’s Decorating Centre or show it on your mobile device.

I am trying to log in with the correct username and password but do not seem to be able to.

It could be that you have your caps lock on or missing a capital letter – usernames and passwords are case sensitive. For example if your password is ‘Smith’, you must remember to add the capital ‘S’. ‘smith’ would not work.

Alternatively, it may be an issue with your Internet browser cookies or cache, if you seem to be stuck in a ‘loop’ which doesn’t allow you to log in please try to clear these by following the steps shown in the relevant links.

Be sure to delete form data, cookies and saved passwords if presented with the choice.

I would like to change my password. What can I do?

Click here to be directed to our lost password service. You will need the email address you originally signed up with.

I’m not receiving any Big Red Rewards emails. What can I do?

As a member, you should be receiving weekly emails from us about the latest promotional offer and/or competitions. Plus we will let you know when new stuff has been added to the site to make sure you don’t miss a thing. If your emails aren’t arriving, please check your spam folder as occasionally emails can get caught up there. Then make sure you add our email address: to your “safe” list – your contacts or whitelist.

If the emails are not in your spam folder, then please contact us via the form below choosing ‘Emails not being received.’

How do I order a replacement card or key fob?

If you’ve lost or misplaced your card or key fob – don’t worry. We can arrange for another one to be sent out. Just fill out the form at the right of this page choosing ‘Card replacement required’ from the email title drop down field. Please remember that the card and/or key fob may take up to ten working days to reach you due to the personalised nature of the items.

How do I update my email address or other personal information?

Simply click on the update information link at the bottom of the home page and fill out the relevant fields. Your information will be updated on our database.

Can our company order more than one card?

Yes you can order up to four cards per company, as long as you register four times with four separate email addresses.

I do not have an email address. Can I still join?

Yes, simply visit your nearest Johnstone’s Decorating Centre and they will assist you with signing up. You will also be able to find out information relating to the weekly offers in-store.

Do I have to agree to receiving weekly emails from you?

No, although you will need to provide an email address initially. However, you can access information about the weekly offers by logging on to the Big Red Rewards site or visiting your local Johnstone’s Decorating Centre.
